I made an appointment at 5 Star Auto Plaza. They showed me the car and gave me a test drive. They were  very friendly, courteous, and didn’t try to hard sell me. The car sold itself, yet they made the experience easy.

I am not sure how other dealerships work. I’ve never had the need or desire to go anywhere else. 5 Star Auto has been great to me, my family, and my friends. It’s hard to come by honest people like the folks at 5 Star Auto. They truly know how to put their customers first.

They were great to work with and I never felt pressured to purchase anything.  It made it easy to pick out a new car and to rest assured that I got a good deal. They made the process easy and simple- even offering to drop the car off after it was cleaned and ready.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole sales cycle here. From the initial engaging of us to purchase to the finalizing of paperwork. Friendly staff and good prices on their rides.

5 Star Auto is simply the best when it comes to customer service. The staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful when it came down to answering my questions. I actually enjoyed my time at a dealership, that’s a first!
